Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary for membership and platform operation. This includes your chosen display name, email address, and selected security level. We do NOT collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints, device identifiers, location data, or any tracking cookies.

No-Logs Policy

The Lion & Sun Tech Association operates under a strict No-Logs Policy. We do not record, store, or monitor your browsing activity, session data, connection timestamps, or any metadata that could be used to identify or profile you. Our infrastructure is designed from the ground up to ensure that no logs exist.

Data Encryption

All member data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3. Your security level selection determines the additional layers of protection applied to your profile — from public visibility to fully encrypted, compartmentalized storage.

Data Storage & Jurisdiction

All data is stored in secure servers located in jurisdictions with strong privacy protections and no data-sharing agreements with authoritarian governments. We do not store any data in Iran or in countries that cooperate with the Islamic Republic's surveillance apparatus.

Third-Party Sharing

We never sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. No advertising networks, analytics companies, or government agencies receive any data from us. The only exception would be a lawful order from the jurisdiction where our servers are located, and even then, our No-Logs architecture ensures there is minimal data to provide.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or permanently delete your data at any time. You may request a full export of your data or complete account deletion by contacting us. Confidential members can exercise these rights through our encrypted communication channels.

Cookies & Tracking

Our platform uses only essential, session-based cookies required for authentication and language preference. We use no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no social media widgets, and no third-party scripts that could compromise your privacy.
